James L. Gutmann, D.D.S.

Dr. Gutmann hails from Milwaukee, WI, and attended college at Marquette University.  He studied dentistry at the Marquette University School of Dentistry and received his specialty training in endodontics at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago.  Dr. Gutmann served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps for two years.  Dr. Gutmann is a past president of the American Association of Endodontics, as well as the past chairman of the Department of Endodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry.  He has authored three text books and numerous articles on endodontics.  He has lectured extensively in 42 countries around the world.  Dr. Gutmann and his wife Marylou have three children and two grandchildren.
