John G. Kostohryz, D.D.S.

Dr. Kostohryz is a native of Ohio and attended college at Ohio University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology.  He studied dentistry at Ohio State University College of Dentistry and earned a D.D.S. in 1972.  Dr. Kostohryz served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps from 1972-1974 and practiced general dentistry from 1974-1975. He earned a Certificate in Endodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry and joined the practice in 1977.  Dr. Kostohryz and his wife Jeanette have four grown children and four grandchildren.
